Winter Warmer was delivered through a partnership with Investment NSW and the 24-Hour Economy. We were tasked with delivering an event that brought life to the Wollongong CBD that highlighted the incredible entertainment and hospitality the precinct offers.
With only 7 weeks to conceptualise, develop, and deliver, our team successfully produced a 9-day event in the heart of Wollongong. The result encapsulated the brief and saw over 9,000 locals attend.
Winter Warmer was a multi-faceted event which included: a giant Cinema-Dome running immersive movie screenings, Dining Igloos offering a premium F&B experience, Winter Market featuring local eats & drinks, and a Live Stage showcasing top Wollongong artists.
Winter Warmer showcased our teams ability to work with government agencies to produce events that align with existing strategies. Our agile approach to events and campaign delivery allowed us to successfully build a new event brand within 7 weeks. Expert coordination with a myriad of suppliers and direct in-house delivery allowed for a quick turn-round for the scale of this event.
Winter Warmer also highlights our ability to think out of the box. Given the task to produce a pop-up Cinema in winter, we developed the Cinema Dome activation, an entirely unique concept, leveraging our expertise in Cinema and our production partner’s dazzling projection work.
